Paul's academic background is a Masters degree and an Honours bachelor degree in Sports Science, as well as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Performance Enhancement Specialist Award and Speed Agility Quickness (SAQ) Trainer accreditation.

He is a member of the British Association of Sports And Exercise Sciences (BASES), as well as a Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) licensed coach (CCA).

A former international level cricketer and a karate brown belt, Paul has utilised his personal sports experience and combined it with advanced Sports Science theory and modern conditioning principles to create fitness programmes that deliver.

Such is Paul's knowledge and experience in the game of tennis and fitness in general, he has been asked to work with athletes in many other sports including squash, badminton, boxing, soccer and rugby.

He is also a contributor to several leading tennis publications including TennisOne, ACE and Tennis World.
