Forehand Frenzy

Forehand?

Let's start with the facts!

This is the dominant shot in Pro tennis today and has been for the last 20 years.

I know the serve is mega important but with the move to slow courts down and the general pattern of players playing from the back of the court playing mainly groundstrokes, the players are looking to this groundstroke to do the damage for them.

The good news is that YOU can do it as well!!

With the right factors in place such as grip and good footwork you can dominate rallies and bully your opponents into submission.

But while there are many versions we could consider is there 1 which we consider the best?

Well not really, however what I would say is that there are some that are less quirky and almost a better bet to "model".

The two examples I want you to consider are the "classic" Federer shot and the more "modern" Nadal version.
