Why Is Nutrition For Tennis Important?

Peak performance in tennis is much more closely linked to food and drink (hydration) than most people realise.

To date, what you ate and drank has tended only to be used as a fuel to energise the player, and as such has not been used optimally.

The optimum performance diet must form part of all modern players’ arsenal along with their trainers, physiotherapists, coaches and doctors.
